Walking and Running
What is it?
Walking and running are environmentally sustainable forms of transportation, entertainment, and exercise. They produce zero emissions, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and have a minimal environmental impact. By choosing to walk or run instead of driving, individuals can reduce air pollution, lower their carbon footprint, and contribute to less congestion and energy consumption. These activities also promote healthier lifestyles while encouraging the creation of pedestrian-friendly spaces and infrastructure.
